MEET YOUR COACH
Leah Hemstreet
I’m on a mission to spread inspiration, positivity, and valuable health advice through Inspired Changes Health and Wellness. I recognize the importance of emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual support in your health and fitness journey, and I make sure my clients receive comprehensive guidance every step of the way.
My Story
My health journey was prompted by an illness in my early 30s, taught me the importance of understanding my body from the inside out. I eagerly tried everything to find a cure for my autoimmune diseases—Lupus, Sjögren's, Asthma, Irritable Bowel, and Crohn's disorder. I explored various natural health approaches, working with doctors, trying homeopathy, blood analysis, acupuncture, acupressure, reflexology, massage, and natural health products. It was through consistency and perseverance that I found my remedy in a diet free of dairy, wheat, and gluten, combined with daily exercise and stress relief techniques. This experience ignited my passion for holistic health and led me to pursue certifications in Nutrition and Life Coaching.

Driven by a deep desire to share my knowledge and help others achieve holistic well-being, I prioritize teaching my clients about the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit and I'm looking forward to supporting you!
