Hi, I'm Doriana! I wanted to share a bit about my experience with Leah’s 4-Week Mamas Challenge. At first, I was hesitant to join because I doubted myself, worrying I wouldn’t be able to commit. But Leah changed that for me, and I'm so grateful I made this life-changing commitment!
Leah has been a fantastic motivator, providing helpful tips on meal planning, nutrition, and exercise. Before this program, I thought eating healthy took a ton of planning and that getting results meant exercising for hours daily. Leah taught me that it’s really much simpler than I thought. It’s all about balance: planning meals to stay on track with nutrition, incorporating exercise, and moving your body, without needing hours of workouts.
As a busy mom of three, I never thought I'd be able to focus on meal planning, exercising, and getting healthy for myself again. So far, I’ve lost 13 pounds, and I couldn’t be happier! Leah has made the start of this journey so exciting. I feel more confident and capable, and I’ve learned to give myself grace and encouragement along the way.
