Darlene's Story
I decided to find a personal trainer after a major surgery and frequent lower back pain. I knew I needed strength training and a professional, to ensure I did not damage my back. Leah was amazing and supportive, meeting my goals of feeling confident in any gym, and fit enough to do a multi day hike in Peru. Sadly, then there was COVID, I easily fell into my old ways when everything was closed and happy hours were frequent around my complex. Creating wonderful friends, but poor habits! Back to Leah I went for a supportive fun workout and accountability!

Bella's Story
I met Leah and started my fitness journey in 2017 when I was 13 years old.
When I was younger I had a really hard time with my weight and eating became a comfort tool for me, and it was extremely hard to stop that habit until we found Leah which changed my life forever. Leah has helped me not only change my habits to when I was younger, she has changed my whole mindset even to this day, I remember when I was at my heaviest before I met Leah that all I wanted to be was skinny, and now with the new perspective and growth I’ve had all I want now is to become the strongest healthiest version of me possible and that would’ve never happened without Leah.
I am now 19 years old and I have maintained my weight loss of 50 lbs for 5 years.

Kay's Story
I’m 155 lbs this morning and feel good staying at this point until September. I spent the last week or two without recording everything to see how I’d do mentally and overall without tracking. Other than a few weekend cheats, it’s like my brain and body are now more trained to stay wholesome, and I don’t have the same food addiction issues I had back in January. I feel so much more in control. I want to thank you so much for everything you’ve done over these past 24 weeks. You’ve changed my life and shown me that it’s possible. Your calm, encouraging approach and the daily check-ins made me feel so supported. Victoria's Story
I’m Victoria, a mom of four little kiddos and a wife! I found myself wanting 2024 to look different than how I ended 2023. I was battling extreme exhaustion, anxiety, no motivation and simply no real direction on how to nourish or even correctly take care of myself. My first week with Leah at Inspired Changes has ultimately helped revamp my new life. I am no longer starving myself in the hope of losing a pound. I do not binge eat at night when the kids are finally asleep because I’ve been able to properly take care of myself during the day so that by the evening, my appetite is completely satisfied. This first week with Leah, I am eating more than I have ever eaten. I am not waiting for my next meal. I’ve lost 4 pounds!
